I’m Simon Henderson, a passionate Shiatsu therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. Having been trained at the renowned London College of Shiatsu, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of this ancient Japanese healing art. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working extensively in London, including corporate environments, where I have witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits of Shiatsu therapy.
In addition to my expertise in Shiatsu, I have expanded my knowledge through the study of various complementary therapies. I am well-versed in Thai Yoga Massage. I have also delved into the realms of RESET jaw release therapy, craniosacral therapy, oriental face massage, and Moxibustion, all of which have added depth and versatility to my practice.
My specialization lies in addressing musculoskeletal issues, particularly focusing on back, neck, and shoulder pain. Furthermore, I have a profound understanding of the impact that stress can have on our overall well-being. I felt refreshed and relaxed for days after the massage
I had a 90 minute full body Thai Yoga Massage from Simon and I felt very relaxed all the way through the session. First of all the room was set up well, it was warm and relaxing music was playing. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the experience and made my painful knee much better by applying careful massage around the area. My neck and shoulders felt much better the next day, and overall I felt refreshed and relaxed for days after the massage. I can highly recommend Simon, he knows what he is doing!!

Shiatsu provided real relief that was long lasting I went to see Simon with a long running shoulder issue. Simon’s Shiatsu was able to provide real relief that was long lasting. To top it off the sessions were very relaxing and gave me an energy boost.

I would definitely recommend it I had a Shiatsu massage with Simon and loved it! I felt stretched and relaxed, exactly what I needed as I work at a desk all day and am slouched most of the time…!
