As part of the continued development of my coaching skills, I have been writing a 12-week health and wellbeing program to help as many people as possible with their journey through life. This program is about optimising health and wellness as we age, maintaining strength and flexibility without injury, learning about the best supplements to support energy, mental focus and hormone health, as well as working to overcome limiting beliefs and achieving our dreams and goals.
